Transfer Out Students

Owned by Ronda Naas
Students that are a transfer out are automatically inactive as they are enrolled elsewhere but are your student for funding.
The student will need to have an EdOrg record that has a Responsibility Descriptor equal to Funding with DEX.
ADM = Transfer Out / Primary School = False / Responsibility Descriptor = Funding
The attending school will report attendance, and then they will bill you for services.
