Primary School False

Here is the explanation from the IDOE that shows when the student should be marked primary school = False (we are not the primary school for this student).  Students that are marked in this way will receive a record for Attendance NOT Funding.

You can also check the option of "student is not actively enrolled here" if you should not be reporting attendance for the student.  If both "we are not the primary school" and "student is not actively enrolled" are checked the student does not receive any education organization record.
