Forgot Password

FamilyAccess is set up to be self-service.

If a user doesn’t remember their password, they can use their username and email address to reset their password.

They will go to the Family Access log in page and touch the forgot my password link.

They will then be prompted to enter their username and email address associated with the account. Then touch the request password button.

A temporary password will be sent to the email address and they can use that to log in. Once logged in, they can go to manage account and use the change password link to reset their password to their preferred password.
