Resending a Registration Code

To resend a registration code:
Open the student, and touch "Edit"
Then touch "Set up web id"
Select the boxes for the email addresses you want to send to. Guardian, Student or check both.
Touch "Resend Email Notification"
Since you haven't changed anything, touch "close (don't save)"
The family access template named Harmony 3 Family Access will be sent to the guardians and the template named Harmony 3 Family Access - STUDENT will be sent to the student email address. This will provide instruction as well as the registration code.
Once the individuals have an account with the student registered, they will no longer need to be provided the registration code. The student will stay on the account as they are promoted or transferred through the school system. The registration codes are only needed for the initial adding of the student to the account.
