Communicating with Parents by Extracurricular Activity Groups

Letters, emails or text messages can be sent to students and/or guardians from the Extra Curricular Activities navigator under either the Activities or Eligibility views. 

In the Activities view use the category search to pick the activity you are interested in. Then check the box by student to select all in that activity. Touch the “Add New” button and choose email, text message or letter.

Follow the prompts for each item to create the appropriate document. 

If you run eligibility, you can select the students that are in danger and use this features to email the eligibility requirements or a notice of concern to the student and parents

From this area you can also select a group and export data, run a report or create transcripts
