Schedules - viewing or printing

Student schedules can be viewed in multiple places in Harmony 3. First of all, schedules can be viewed on the student demographic page or any other views that show the student snapshot. Clicking the calendar icon will display the student schedule.
Under the Guidance views, the “Classes by Students” view will show all years of classes under each student. The “Current Year” view will just display the current year classes for each student.
The “Guidance…Schedules” view lists each student by grade level. In this view you can easily print schedules by checkmarking the student name and then clicking “Print Selected Schedules to PDF”.
Remember that parents and students have access to their schedules in Harmony Family Access unless the Parent Access/Web Profile is set to No for Schedules and Progress Reports.
