Staff Classification/Titles

If there is a DOE Staff Classification entered we send that as the staffEdOrgAssignment. Individuals can have more than one assignment.

If they don't have a DOE Staff Classification marked we use the School Title on the staff.

We do not know which Classifications have what access in LINK, but the DOE should be able to provide that information.
