Setup Gmail Relay in Google Admin
Setting up an SMTP relay in Google Admin allows you to send email from Harmony to your Gmail domain for routing to the end user. This resolves several of the pitfalls in email configuration that cause your messages to be treated as spam.
Here’s a link to the steps from Google, we’ve highlighted the import steps below.

Only addresses in my domains also maintains the sender’s address, so the recipient will see who the message was from and can reply to that sender to their Inbox! (not a generic address)
If you aren’t sure of your public IP address, use a site like ipchicken.com from the server to check.
You may have a 1-to-1 NAT so your IP address is the same for incoming and outgoing traffic. Or you may only have an inbound NAT rule so your outbound SMTP would be on your default public IP.
Only select Require TLS encryption if you’re certain your Harmony server has TLS enabled.
