Employability Skills

When students meets their employability skills it will need to be entered via grade history.

The appropriate state defined courses will need to be set up and be worth 0 credits.

A grading scale with a P for a grade will need to be available and that P should have a final point value of 4.

Once the grade is entered via grade history it will be sent to DataExchange and will be included on the graduation checklist- employability skills area.

Graduation Checklist

Which Experience is checked depends on the course number entered for the student

• Service- 0539

• Project- 0547

• Work- 0543, 0544, 0545, 0546

If the student has one of the courses the Experience box will be checked, the summary will state that the required course was completed and the Validation will be set to School Validation.
