Direct Verification Summary

While working on your direct verification, in order for the reporting feature to accurately work, you will need to utilize the Verification section of the Harmony application.

This is located at the bottom of the application document, just as it is on a paper application.

We have made the process of collecting the data for your Verification Summary report as simple as clicking a button. From Office Use … State Reports, choose the “Verification Summary”report.

You only have to run this report one time for your district and can do this from any building. The report will calculate data for your entire corporation. If you wish to see the details of the actual students that make up the numbers then change the “Show Details” to yes in the upper left hand corner.
