Setting up an SMTP relay in Google Admin allows you to send email from Harmony to your Gmail domain for routing to the end user. This resolves several of the pitfalls in email configuration that cause your messages to be treated as spam.

If you aren’t sure of your public IP address, use a site like ipchicken.com from the server to check.

You may have a 1-to-1 NAT so your IP address is the same for incoming and outgoing traffic. Or you may only have an inbound NAT rule so your outbound SMTP would be on your default public IP.

Only select Require TLS encryption if you’re certain your Harmony server has TLS enabled.
