Importing Pictures

To import student/staff pictures, go to system settings in the cafeteria database. 

Select  Import student pictures.

Open

Touch "Select files" to pick your picture files.  They must be in .jpg format and named with the student ID.  (studentid.jpg)

Open

Once the files are selected and listed under “Files to upload”, then touch the “Upload Now”button. It will match the student pictures with the student ID numbers and upload the appropriate picture to each student. If it doesn’t find a matching ID in the database, it will skip that picture.
