Uploading your school calendar to DEX

Go to Office Use… Sync Data … IDOE Data Exchange

You must upload your system profile to DEX prior to uploading your calendar

Choose the Calendar Type and Schedule Type
Enter the begin and end time in the format shown
Enter the number of non instructional minutes in your school day
1. The number of instructional minutes is calculated based on the begin and end time and the non instructional minutes entered
Enter if you are a days or minutes calendar
If you have approved waiver days enter the number

Touch Save once the data is entered

The calendar as well as all the calendar days you have entered will be sent to DEX
