SSL Certificate has expired (GoDaddy)
Background:
User are seeing a message like below, that your site is not private or your site is not secure.
This indicates that your SSL certificate may have expired.
An SSL certificate is only valid for 1 year. (Even if you have purchased a 3 year certificate, you still have to update the certificate each year.) (see validity period)
Here are the steps to take to resolve this.
You can download your renewed certificate from GoDaddy and email it to support@logickey.com. Here’s a link from GoDaddy on how to do this:
When it asks what type of server you are installing on, choose “Other”.
We will merge your renewed certificate into your keyring for Harmony and send it back to you with further instructions, if any.
