Career Path Profiles

Each Career Path area can have a profile set up that will list the suggested courses that students will take for each year. This then can be automatically populated on each student’s four year plan.

These profiles are set up under Office Use...System Settings by touching the “New Profile” button and choosing “Career Path Profiles”.

Once a school has these profiles already set up, they can be viewed and edited in Office Use...System Settings by touching the specific Career Path Profile.

On each profile, select the Career Path at the top. This list of choices will come directly from the choices entered as Career Paths.

Then select the class choices for each year as well as the electives if you like.

The benefit to using these is that this Career Path can be selected on the four year plan which will then populate the plan with the courses for each year. Courses can be removed or added to the four year plan, so students do not have to stay with this exact list. This makes the data entry process easier and is a big time saver.
