If the student is a transfer out student you will need to make sure they have a student school association for this year- to do so they will need a new enrollment record

Per the IDOE Team: The process to follow when a student is in the ODS and is not in IIEP is as follows. “Schools should be reaching out to IDOE support team and/or IDOE Special Education support. We have reports built for us to quickly look up student IDs and locate which ed org has been associated to the student for our file we send to PCG (IIEP) daily at 4:00pm.

If the SSA record is there and no program record then we associate the student to the enrollment ed org. If the SSA record is there and a program record exists we associate the student to the ed org provided on the program record.”
