The attendance contract/risk feature is found on the student demographic…Additional data tab. Enter any comment you would like and it will appear on absences/tardies.
The comment will now appear on all absence records.
Some commonly used comments are:
Medical Excuse only
Absence/Tardy contact reminders
Admin Approved absence with dates
If you would like to export students with this field included in the export, the field is CutOff
